Q All I see is a little red cross in the corner of the viewing panel.

A You need to install the 360xp plug-in or JAVA isn't installed on your PC - both can be downloaded from our downloads page.

Q I have purchased some 360xp tours and they are not working.

A You must ensure that the Viewer.jar file and images are in the same file, you can have as many viewer files as you wish on your website. If you have lost the jar file please contact us and we will email you another one.

Q I want my tours to spin in the opposite direction, wave and spin faster, I also want to change the colour of the background, have my own logo in the background and change the size.

A All this can be done by changing the parameters in the code, any problems contact us.

Q I want my tours to start spinning in a different place.

A You should advise us of this prior to purchase, we can change them for you but there will be a small admin charge.

Q I need pictures taken of a meeting room that has very large windows with great views, I have had photo's done in the past but all you see is lots of white glare where the windows are.

A This is no problem we can take 4-5 shots of the scene and layer outside views in, this is done by simply changing the light settings on the cameras.
